We are based in Riverview, FL, and regularly serve Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakeland, Orlando, and the surrounding communities. For events more than 60 miles from our kitchen, we may add a small travel fee, quoted upfront.

Yes. We regularly cater weddings and multi-day events across the state and are open to travel dates further afield with enough lead time. Travel, lodging (if required), and rentals are quoted separately.

Drop-off catering starts at 10 guests. Full-service events start at 25 guests. Private chef in-home dinners can be booked for as few as 4 guests.

We have comfortably served 250+ guest events. For groups over 300 we'll build a custom staffing plan with additional cooks and servers.

Yes, up to 7 days before your event. After that we can accommodate small increases if inventory allows, but menus and staffing are locked one week out.

Absolutely, sample menus are a starting point. We'll build a custom menu around your guests, budget, and any family favorites you want featured.

Yes. Ackee & callaloo, curry chickpea, rice & peas, festival, plantain, steamed vegetables, and salads are all part of our vegetarian/vegan repertoire.

Yes, halal-friendly and pescatarian menus are available on request. Please share requirements at inquiry so we can source ingredients properly.

We ask for a full list of allergies at menu confirmation. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, shellfish, soy, and tree nuts, so guests with severe cross-contact allergies should let us know so we can adjust prep.

Yes. Most of our proteins, rice & peas, plantain, and vegetables are naturally gluten-free. We'll flag any items that use flour, soy sauce, or breadcrumbs so you can plan around them.

Submit an inquiry with your date, guest count, and event details. We reply within one business day with availability, a proposed menu, and a full quote. Once you approve, a signed agreement and deposit secure the date.

Yes, tastings are available for weddings and events of 75+ guests, scheduled once your date is secured. Smaller events can add a paid tasting on request.
